Description
Tritium light source (GTLS) for fitting into your own equipment. A sealed glass capsule, coated on the inside with phosphor and filled with tritium gas. It glows without power, gradually dimmer over the years.
Without a licence from the Swedish Radiation Safety Authority (SSM) you may hold at most 1 GBq of tritium in total as loose light sources, provided you hold no other radioactive substances. The limit includes tritium you already own. See SSMFS 2018:3, annex 1 and annex 5.
Spent light sources are returned to Emitrix for recycling. Contact us first.
